I work independently and offer a very personal service to all my customers. With over 30 years experience as a pastry chef, I have plenty of knowledge to create the perfect dessert  to compliment your dinner party or can create a cake for that special occasion. I still feel like  I am learning new things everyday, so I am always up for another challenge!

I owned a Patisserie and Coffee shop in Cumberland street, Woodbridge for 15 years. Then after selling and setting up my unit, I freelanced for a cafe in Leigh on Sea, creating an extensive cake menu,  I also worked independently selling to other cafes and restaurants. 

Now.... I am solely working from my unit and concentrating on creating cakes and afternoon teas for private customers and hotels / restaurants.
